Being that she has been getting her car serviced at Tropical Ford since she moved from Ebensburg Pa to Orlando, we decided to take the car there for the body work also. I made a phone call to Bryan Langenderfer and asked if he would be able to help her being that her Mom and I are 1,100 miles away. Just as he has helped us with service on her car, he arranged everything for us. From getting the estimate, to a rental car, to double checking the car for me when it was finished. I can`t say enough about Bryan and his service department and now the body shop. Thank You again Bryan, Bob, and JR!!!!! More

One of the rudest sales manager I have ever spoken to Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had in ANY dealership. Now, I understand; salesmen need to make their $$$, the bottom line matters. B Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had in ANY dealership. Now, I understand; salesmen need to make their $$$, the bottom line matters. But this place takes it to a whole new level. I came in looking for a F150, from the moment I walked in, the very first thing I was told was that I couldn't take any of the F150s out for a test drive unless I bought one one the day. This is just utterly ridiculous, I have never had this done to me at any other dealership before. How can you expect me to make any sort of decision without even test driving a vehicle? Then, it gets worse. After trying to talk prices with the salesman, I ended up talking to the sales manager. This is where it gets bad. I have never been so thoroughly disrespected in my entire life. The sales manager was constantly discrediting me; anything I said was met back with "you don't know what you're talking about". This is utterly unacceptable. I had found another dealer with more competitive pricing; this sales manager refused to accept the facts. Again tried to belittle me and refused to acknowledge that another dealer managed to outprice them. In the end, he cut back on the xxxxxxxx. But, no apology for the way I was spoken to. Just; "oh, okay, go away". So guess what, I did and got a much better deal elsewhere. This is the first time I've been in Tropical Ford and this will 100% be the last time I ever go to this dealership. More
