First service center experience We had a great experience purchasing our car and had expectations that the same quality of care would be in the service center. This is not the case. We had a great experience purchasing our car and had expectations that the same quality of care would be in the service center. This is not the case. I understand the service center can be busy but I feel there is always time to at least answer questions to people who are paying to be there and sacrificing hours of a day to be there. If there was an option to cancel the payment and discontinue the service we would like to take this option. More
Don't take your cars to this dealer I do not recommend you bring your car to this dealer at all. Here I‘m sharing our bad experience: After my Ford Explorer warranty expired, my wife I do not recommend you bring your car to this dealer at all. Here I‘m sharing our bad experience: After my Ford Explorer warranty expired, my wife took our car for an oil change, a few days later the car overheated, smoke came out of the hood while having our 6 months old babies in the car. Very nervous she called me and I went to rescue them and when I opened the hood I noticed that the lid of the coolant tank was not there, we towed the car overnight and they told me the next morning that they cap of the coolat tank was missing, and was probably the technician that forgot to put it on or didn’t close it well and it came off. We asked to have it in writing and they just wrote customer states... etc... It should be noted that the SUV had never presented overheating problems before. A few days later, the coolant began to come down and the the car had a strange smell. When we went to the dealer, as expected, they say it is due to other things, but they never accepted that the problem was caused by mistakes of their own. We took the SUV to another mechanic and he said that it has nothing to do with that, and that what was now broken could’ve been repair with the warranty easily but of course they never addressed that problem before even when we asked many times for full inspections and everything was in great conditions. The problem was because they did not put the lid on the coolant tank and that causes other problems and it could’ve even damaged the motor, but they don‘t admit it if course. We decided to do the oil change there because we trusted we were in good hands, but obviously they are not taking responsability for their mistakes. Now they are telling us, that we should not take our car to a trip that we’ve been planning for weeks and that is been paid for, so I have to deal now with this and is very inconvenient.
