Great service Juan was awesome. My car was sitting outside after being towed during the night to the dealer (due to a transmission problem). He took care of bringin Juan was awesome. Ford does not provide good warranty service. Period! Ford refused to fix an obvious upholstery issue on a brand new truck with less than 3000 miles on it.
