Oil Change I went it to get an oil change and was told to go outside and wait that someone would come out to check me in. I waited for 45 minutes went back insi I went it to get an oil change and was told to go outside and wait that someone would come out to check me in. I waited for 45 minutes went back inside, only when I went back inside was I told that I needed to check in myself inside the garage. I then had to wait an additional 25 minutes. Not even an apology. More

Simple vehicle repair took almost 3 business days I scheduled an appointment for 0730 Saturday morning. I was there. First they didn’t know if the tech that was scheduled was even working that day. T I scheduled an appointment for 0730 Saturday morning. I was there. First they didn’t know if the tech that was scheduled was even working that day. They found him after a few minutes. I dropped the vehicle and left. They called me about 2 pm starting it would take a long time to take the front end apart and the tech wanted me to know before he started. My vehicle had been there for 7 hours and they had not touched it yet. So that was the only update I got. Monday came and went with no update. I had to call them and ask. Tuesday came and I called only to be told the tech had just started to take the front end apart. I headed up there and logically my vehicle was almost ready. I was informed it was a loose bolt on the engine mount. From my years working on vehicles when a vehicle is turned on for knocking going over bumps and stuff I check mounts and stuff because that is the easy fix. Well this place floated xx for two and a half days for this simple fix. Thanks for fixing the problem though. More

I had agreed to this additional service but the dealership parts center did not have the break pads in stock. I paid for the break pads so during this visit so the parts department could place the parts on order.....This is a 2004 Expedition so I cannon understand why a ford dealership would not have high volume parts on hand. More

Excellent Jonathan, Vitali, jay and Darrell were absolutley fantastic today. I had borrow my boyfriend's Ford-F150 and got a flat tire. He was out on vacation s Jonathan, Vitali, jay and Darrell were absolutley fantastic today. I had borrow my boyfriend's Ford-F150 and got a flat tire. He was out on vacation so i needed help to put the spare tire back on the truck. These guys didnt mind getting dirty to help me. (I came to the dealer even 5 minutes before opening) and they greeted me and helped me right away. The service was so outstanding that I am considering buying a Ford Escape for myself today!!
