Honest and their word means something. I purchased two cars from Truworth in 2016. Both experiences were positive. One of the car had a mechanical issue that I was told would be repaired and if I was not satisfied I can bring it back. I did brink the car back as the issue came back two weeks after purchased. No questioned asked they made the repair and all is great. Good to work with people who their word does mean something. More

Mike Pautsch, and half an hour later Mike hooked us up with Robert LaSalle, who was (a) friendly, (b) knowledgeable, (c) professional, and (d) accommodating (the situation with the Sienna is kind of weird!) A little more than two hours later we drove off the lot with a low-miles, great price 2014 Toyota Venza, which should meet our needs very nicely.
