Robert called the day before to explain the dealership's way of doing business and their sales ethos, and it was truly a breath of fresh air after experiencing a hard-sell dealership right beforehand. I came in, he answered any questions I had about the cars and about TruWorth, and then he backed off and let me test-drive both cars I was interested in with minimal questions in between. There were zero pressure tactics and he was very obviously just interested in helping me find a car with which I would be happy. The buying process itself was quick and easy; they said it would probably take about 20 - 30 minutes, and even though they were slammed, it was only about 45 from start to finish. More
