They took the time to explain differences between the cars we were thinking about purchasing and cars that they had in stock. They also showed us a few cars we hadn't thought about which was nice. I have always owned Pontiac's but as we know they are no longer in production so I needed to find something I felt just as comfortable in. They made suggestions on different makes and kept within the price range we had asked them to stay in. In the end I choose a car that I think I will love and have until it will no longer drive. It was the same type of car we had found at another dealer that we liked but had over 30,000 less miles for the same year. Sales staff was very professional and personable and met every need that we had that day. So not only did I get to spend the day riding the motorcycle with my husband I got to bring home a beautiful 2013 Chrysler 200 with all the bells and whistles I was looking for. More

We have been searching the internet for a good used Honda. We've always had Honda's in the family. We had went to Indy the previous night to look at a Honda fit at another dealership. That Honda Fit turned out to be in terrible shape. I was so aggravated. I figured we would never find a nice used Honda in decent shape within our price range. I found this Honda Fit online and called the dealership. I got Casey. He was so nice and helpful. I probably even was slightly rude to him. (I was slightly aggravated still from the night before). I grilled him a bit on what the condition was. He helped me understand that the car was very nice and he knew we would like it. He was very helpful in texting us and letting us know he would get the car ready for us to test drive. We came up to test drive the car that evening not knowing what it would be like. We were very pleased with condition and price of the Honda Fit. I believe the price was even a couple thousand below KBB. Casey was so nice and almost felt like a friend along with us through the whole process. He even got us water's while we were doing the paperwork! Chip did our financing and was so sweet! We all even talked about vacation together! If we ever buy another car I will definitely be looking to talk to Casey again! Thanks guys! More

Great Experince I was working with Robert. We first spoke over the phone and he answered all my questions. We kept in touch via email to line up an appointment when I I was working with Robert. After a look around Robert gave my wife and I a chance to speak on our own and then go on a test drive. After the test drive we were ready to buy. We had been running late to our test drive so while we were waiting on a little paperwork Robert ran and got us a snack to hold us over. Just so personal. Nick handled the finance portion and he walked us through the whole transaction and he answered all my questions. I think it took a little longer then normal because I tend to want everything spelled out. Even though I asked several questions I never got the impression that they were tired of me. And to top it all off THE PRICE!!!!! Whoa!!! I honestly thought I was gonna look for months until I found just the right deal. Glad I kept checking there website, saved my sanity. More
