The staff were very pleasant but my problem was not fixed. It was doing okay when I picked it up but within 200 miles the same problem with the front end was back just as it was when I dropped it off. fixed. I brought my 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat in to replace the rear brake pads and to rotate the tires. Brett proactively greeted me and checked me in.
