Bought a Jeep from Leif Johnson truck in Buda, while I have bought a few new vehicles from their Austin store this was my first dealings with them. Had a great experience, my salesman Zachary Krischke was have bought a few new vehicles from their Austin store this was my first dealings with them. Had a great experience, my salesman Zachary Krischke was very attentive to my needs and went it of his way to correct the couple of issues my used Jeep had and made arrangements for pickup and delivery so that I wasn’t inconvenienced while it was addressed. Andy in Digital sales was also great as was Anita in finance. A++ Experience and I would recommend them without reservations More

This, without a doubt, is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I live in Maine and was looking for a specific truck in a certain price range. Just the fact that they had it says a lot. From first cont dealt with. I live in Maine and was looking for a specific truck in a certain price range. Just the fact that they had it says a lot. From first contact to me driving off in my truck took less than 48 hours. They gave me the out the door price right up front (most dealerships I dealt with in my search took days, if at all, to do that) and helped me work out the logistics of getting there. Amanda on the computer was very responsive, Raul the sale associate helped me the whole way, Zach the manager really knew his stuff, wasn't pushy or rushed, and had conversations with me days after purchase, going so far as to make sure I made it home safely after that long drive. I can't think of any way that they could have been better. More

Andres Martinez was excellent with the service he gave us. I really enjoyed speaking with him. When Andres received updates on the car information he would notify us and keep us in the loop as to the proc us. I really enjoyed speaking with him. I worked with Andy and Zach to place an order for a 2022 Ford Maverick in December 2021. After patiently waiting, it finally arrived. The original price was honored even after the price of the Maverick was Ford Maverick in December 2021. After patiently waiting, it finally arrived. The original price was honored even after the price of the Maverick was increased twice by Ford. Also, I received 1.9% financing, which was also locked in from my original order date. We completed all of the paperwork remotely and Zach delivered the vehicle to my house. I did not have to spend one minute at the dealership. Truck City Ford operates their business with integrity. Although the process to get the vehicle was long due to high demand and part shortages, I am very satisfied with my purchase and interactions with everyone on the Truck City Ford Team. More
