So many beautiful lifted vehicles but BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. They have cheap lift kits and the warranty is a fraud. Did you know once you lift your vehicle more than 4 in, it is no longer cove THIS BUSINESS. They have cheap lift kits and the warranty is a fraud. Did you know once you lift your vehicle more than 4 in, it is no longer covered by the warranty? Of course not, and they still want to sell you the extended warranty. I had an issue with my lift kit and Chevrolet suggested I speak to a manager at this location to help me with my repair costs. He even called the manager to ask him to take responsibility for selling me a truck with a defective lift kit. I decided to go in person but the moment I walked in, the raunchy so called manager began to insult me, belittle me, and criticize my driving. I would have been ok with a simple apology, but instead he was rude and very unprofessional. Foolish man. Doesn't he realize that now a days businesses do better on good reviews. Don't spend your money here or you will regret it!!!! More

Bought a 2014 Silverado on august 3, it had a smell in it. Sled guy said leave it overnight and they would take care of it. I came back the next day to get it and the smell was still there. I took it home it. Sled guy said leave it overnight and they would take care of it. I came back the next day to get it and the smell was still there. I took it home drove it for 15 days. Smell got worse. Finally took it to another shop they found mold under the carpet. I ordered a new carpet kit $500.00 then asked trucks only to reimburse me for it. The manager steffan said it’s not in their best interest to do so. I have pics and kept the old carpet for them. He said he couldn’t do anything g about it and it was on me at this point. Meanwhile I’ve had to rent a car and pay another 500 unexpectedly for carpet. Next step BBB AND CORPORATE OFFICE IF I CAN FIND The info. More
