We were originally working with Eric over the phone. He looked at the inventory of vehicles to see which ones matched our criteria and started the loan application process before we even got there. He immediately took us to the one truck we had gone to look at and were on a test drive within minutes of being there. After the test drive we sat down finished the paperwork and came up with a deal that was both acceptable and to our liking. He wasnt going to stop until we were happy with the deal. Within 10-15 minutes we were with the finance department signing paperwork and our appointment with the service department was setup before we left the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends if they are looking for a truck. More

WORST DEALER EVER! My friend bought a 2011 Jeep from them. They failed to inform my friend that the Jeep was a rental car in the state of Hawaii. Aside from that... He then took it in for detailing and them. They failed to inform my friend that the Jeep was a rental car in the state of Hawaii. Aside from that... He then took it in for detailing and it has been almost 2 WEEKS and they have not given him his Jeep back!!!!!!!! He has tried to call daily and no one has called him back or answers his calls. He has left messages for Mr. Sullivan the DM and he has not even called him back. He has no idea where his Jeep is, why it is taking so long, or when he can get it back. Never seen such rude customer service towards someone who spent a lot of money at your dealership! I will tell everyone I know about how awful this dealer is and how they have treated my friend! THE WORST! More
