Steve Norris was a great help to me when I called for my Love Encore follow-up for my Subaru Crosstrek. When I asked him a question about the car's EyeSight driver assist system, he didn't just rattle off Love Encore follow-up for my Subaru Crosstrek. When I asked him a question about the car's EyeSight driver assist system, he didn't just rattle off some specs from the user's manual, he actually brought in his own experience driving Subarus to make sure I knew that the information I was getting was from someone with practical experience driving with it and using it. He was an excellent help and his advice definitely made using my Subaru much easier. More
Steve Norris was very helpful at my “Subaru Love” appointment, which we had via zoom due to the pandemic. He answered my questions, then went through all the various features of my new car.
