He never once talked down to me or treated me like I was stupid (experiences I have had at other car dealers throughout my life). Steve Norris was a great help to me when I called for my Love Encore follow-up for my Subaru Crosstrek. When I asked him a question about the car's EyeSight driver assist system, he didn't just rattle off Love Encore follow-up for my Subaru Crosstrek. When I asked him a question about the car's EyeSight driver assist system, he didn't just rattle off some specs from the user's manual, he actually brought in his own experience driving Subarus to make sure I knew that the information I was getting was from someone with practical experience driving with it and using it. He was an excellent help and his advice definitely made using my Subaru much easier. More
