I am so thankful for the Service Manager, Steve Gregg, and my Advisor, Monica Estrada! My 2015 Forester extended warranty recently expired (within days of my visit) when a major issue was discovered with and my Advisor, Monica Estrada! My 2015 Forester extended warranty recently expired (within days of my visit) when a major issue was discovered with my Cam Shaft. Monica went to her Manager to discuss the issue and ended up providing extended customer loyalty good will resulting in my extensive vehicle repair being covered at ZERO cost to me.
