My appointment was for an oil change but another issue developed before taking the car in for the oil change. My oil was changed, tires were rotated and my other concern about my car was taken care of, which was a broken stabilizer link. As always, I am pleased with the service I received.
I showed up early and they were able to accommodate me. The office staff and service personnel are exceptional and notify me if there is any changes to my service needs. There are two reasons for not giving the dealership five stars...cost of services provided and failure to provide for a permanent alignment option like Firestone has. On our New England roads, alignment is a safety concern. A customer should be able to pay once for alignments instead of being nickeled and dimed each time they come in for service. Since our roads are so bad...especially after the harsh winters...vehicles need alignments every few months. Every time the tires are rotated, an alignment makes good sense. While the waiting areas are very nice with snacks provided; I would rather have less comfortable waiting areas and lower service charges.
