I recently purchased a 2025 BMW with 4000 miles on it from the dealership. When I picked up the car, I noticed the left rear tire was low per the vehicles dashboard not notification. The genius who walked me through the car told me it was fine. Trusting him, I left the dealership with the car with the left rear tire being a little low.After less than 100 miles my left rear tire became flat. I called the dealership and after getting the runaround, the service department told me I was not covered for the tire because I didn’t get the scam tire coverage they tried to sell me when I bought the car. The bottom line is I paid over $50,000 for this car and they did not have the decency to replace a tire that was obviously defective when I picked it up. Be careful of this place as they are living up to the historical infamous reputation of a “used car dealer” I will say after the first service person told me I was not covered. I called back and left an angry message with a sales person. I then received a call from a DAVID in the service department who did offer to repair the tire so at least he redeemed the dealership somewhat. More

Unfortunately, this is a place that doesn’t keep its promises despite their long history and reputation in the industry, my experience with them has been very disappointing apart from the finance depart promises despite their long history and reputation in the industry, my experience with them has been very disappointing apart from the finance department, I did not receive enough honesty or support from the sales and service departments but only empty promises and words. I’m very disappointed and expected far better communication, accountability, and professionalism from a brand that claims to value its customers but I couldn’t experience this and I’m very disappointed by them. And this is not the first time this has happened... it's like the 8th. Go to this dealership if you want a pre-owned BMW. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Seriously. My 2011 335i with 107,000+ miles had seen better days and it was time for another used certified. Went to Tulley Manchester, but wasn't liking anything they had on the lot, and that's when my Salesperson, T it was time for another used certified. Went to Tulley Manchester, but wasn't liking anything they had on the lot, and that's when my Salesperson, Tyler Belanger, went into overdrive. I gave Tyler my likes/dislikes and he located the perfect car in a matter of days! A Beautiful, low mileage, Mineral Grey Metallic M340i. Tyler (Dawn and Chris) were a pleasure to work with and I had my car within a matter of days. Tyler took extra time to help me setup the Nav, Comm, Media, Heads-up display, lighting, etc. I'd still be trying to figure it all out if Tyler hadn't gone the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. He also helped resolve a license plate screw issue, and took additional time to help me program a new second key. Thank you Tyler to your 'low pressure' sales approach, professionalism, easy demeaner and friendliness. More
