Excellent Service but Pricey I showed up early and they were able to accommodate me. There are two reasons for not giving the dealership five stars...cost of services provided and failure to provide for a permanent alignment option like Firestone has. On our New England roads, alignment is a safety concern. A customer should be able to pay once for alignments instead of being nickeled and dimed each time they come in for service. Since our roads are so bad...especially after the harsh winters...vehicles need alignments every few months. Every time the tires are rotated, an alignment makes good sense. While the waiting areas are very nice with snacks provided; I would rather have less comfortable waiting areas and lower service charges. More

What I believe makes Tulley Mazda stand out among other dealerships is their customer service. The day I picked up the vehicle, I had discovered that there was a nail in one of the tires when I arrived at work. Without question Johnny K the sales rep I worked with told me to bring it into their service department and they would take a look. Unfortunately, the tire couldn't be repaired and required replacement. With the help of the Sales Manager John and the service department I was able to get a new tire put on the vehicle that day! More

Always Good Service It's always great service at Tulley's GMC. The setup the appointment on short notice, gave me a ride home and made sure everything was taken care of.
