I took my vehicle for an oil change. The mechanic that checked over my vehicle sent me the video of everything they checked. He mentioned that I had a bad tire due to alignment. When the service advisor came to tell me my vehicle was ready never mentioned anything that the tire was bad or I needed an alignment. It wasn't even mentioned on the paperwork. I don't know what type of communication they use but it stunk. Beware of communication. More

He basically called me to tell me that he deserved a really good rating and that I should give him one even though it had been one cluster after another and he talked to me very condescendingly I was not impressed they act like they’re a family dealership and that you get extra special attention that’s just garbage. There are 1 million BMWs out there that you can find. I suggest you look elsewhere. More
