The time had come to upgrade my 2004 3 series BMW. I was introduced to Joe and had a pleasant experience that resulted in the purchase of a 2011 328xi which was a loaner car with 5700 miles. From the first meeting with Joe, we knew that he was the professional and pleasant individual that we were seeking to build a business relationship with. I encountered superior customer service throughout the entire sales process. Joe did a great job in listening to my specific needs ( and did not waste a minute of my time by showing me only the new BMW's that met my needs. It's now been a few days after the sale and I have been contacted by Joe to schedule a follow up appointment at which time he plans to answer any concern that I may have. As a retired JCPenney management associate, I have extra appreciation for employees like Joe who pride themselves in always "going the EXTRA mile". When I ordered the vehicle I could not decide on an interior color or finish, between Emily and Steve they completed the order much to my delight ! I asked them to order the exterior color as I had chosen, with the options that I had requested, but to surprise me with the interior. They did a great job ! The attention to detail at this dealership is just amazing. A real pleasure to do business with this group of professionals. With all the modern technology available they have maintained the level of personal service that is unmatched in my experience. My husband and I have leased/purchased 8 or 9 vehicles with the Tulley BMW Team, rest assured that will continue to do so. We have on several occasions referred friends and family to Tulley and all have been completely satisfied with the purchase/lease/trade experience. I went to Tulley for some repairs, i was unhappy about how long it to complete my car but i understand there could have been more damage then expected still wish it didn't take so long. I got my car back how long it to complete my car but i understand there could have been more damage then expected still wish it didn't take so long. I got my car back with a few new scratchs on it but after i contacted them they took me in with no problem and fixed it all. I respect the tulley dealership for the way they handled the problem because no matter where you go there is a chance for something to happen and not all dealerships will be so understanding and fix it. More

Joe did an excellent job from the first time I entered the dealership to the day I picked up my car. He was very helpful in explaining the advantages of the Alpina B7 over the AMG S sedan from MB. I went to Tulley BMW to explore options as far as trading in my 2010 GTI. Jim was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are both gearheads, so we had plenty of good car chat. When it came time for business, Jim was very direct. I didn't have to deal with any BS, and I got the car and price I wanted. On top of that, I took European Delivery of my vehicle. The whole experience of picking up the car in Germany and driving it throughout Europe was incredible. None of this would have been possible without Jim and Tulley BMW. I did shop around and I found that the other local dealerships were lame and unwilling to work with me (because I'm not a stuck-up xxxxxx). I could not be happier with my Tulley BMW experience. They have gained a customer for LIFE! Thanks guys! More
