Steve and I spoke over the phone several times and he described three vehicles in stock which matched my interests. BMW makes a fine automobile and Steve made the process of buying the vehicle easy and pleasurable. I can't say I'm looking forward to my next BMW because I like the one I have so very much, but I will say that I now get it when BMW says it is the ultimate driving machine. None of the other dealerships I had contacted (5 of them) gave any specifics without first insisting I come to the showroom. That set the right tone for me, and Nick didn't disappoint me when I did finally meet him in person. Very collaborative, low pressure - basically no sales BS. Although they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, and I probably could have gotten the same one delivered to another dealership closer to my home, there was no question I was going to deal with Nick after we met with him the first time. Worst possible dealership to go to. These people bring a bad name to the brand. I have had the worst experience dealing with their sales managers and everybody else. Before i bought the car everything seeme bad name to the brand. I have had the worst experience dealing with their sales managers and everybody else. Before i bought the car everything seemed nice but soon after their service and customer support sucks. I wish i had never bought my X3 from them. counting on 50 days and still have not received my license plates because they s***wed up more than twice and no one has the courtesy to call me and let me know.
