I had a terrible experience. I had called a couple of days prior to my appointment to make sure they had my part I was needing replaced in stock or if they needed to order it. I was told on the phone tha days prior to my appointment to make sure they had my part I was needing replaced in stock or if they needed to order it. I was told on the phone that they indeed carry that and have them in stock, I arrived to my appointment and was told they don’t keep them in stock and had to go to another location to get this part.. 2 hours after I had already been sitting and waiting. After a total of 4 hours sitting and waiting my car was finally done, it was just extremely frustrating that it took so long because they had to go to another location when I called days prior to make sure they had the specific part.
