There was a 4999 dealer markup on the car. Apparently it was posted and the salesman says he mentioned it. It was never pointed out nor clarified with us as we bought our car. Dealer gave us 8000 in equ More

When we brought this to Boyd’s attention when we brought back the title of our trade-in, he showed my husband all the cars had mark up signage on them. There was no such sign on the showroom car we looked at repeatedly and ultimately purchased. It *did not* have that sign. This is terrible bait and switch practice. When my trade in car is sold the dealer will get full equity from my car. Shameful.
