There was a 4999 dealer markup on the car. Apparently it was posted and the salesman says he mentioned it. It was never pointed out nor clarified with us as we bought our car. I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair. The Service Writer told me it would take 1-1.5 hours to do the repair. When I came in for the repair the Service Writers that were there when I got there Service Writer told me it would take 1-1.5 hours to do the repair. When I came in for the repair the Service Writers that were there when I got there were very friendly and welcoming. I was told to wait in the waiting room after being taken in. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room. When I signed the paperwork, no charge because it was a recall, no repair was done. It was inspected but no repair and still took 2 hours after I was told by the friendly service writer that it wouldn't be long if it only needed inspection. All in all, I am displeased with the amount of time it took to get the inspection done. I am also displeased that I was told it wouldn't be long for an inspection (30 minutes maximum). I am not judging them too harshly as they were friendly. They were also busy, but I had an appointment set up already and had to wait for walk-ins to get their service done, I suspect. More
