I was nearing the end of an oil consumption test. They stated I have to start over and with no warning. Advisor stated the have to test is at least 8 hours after putting something in the oil and he would stated I have to start over and with no warning. I’m now 3 weeks later and have yet to hear from anyone. More

You can never trust them to have any of the parts ordered in time for your service visit. Nor can you trust them to know the totality of your car’s issues that need fixing.
