I have been going to this dealership for oil changes since I got my car. They fail to have the oil for my car when I schedule my oil changes a day or 2 in advance. I call everytime before I come in to give them time to get 5w50 oil for me. They never follow through and I always have to wait 2-3 hrs for an oil change that should only take 1 hr or less. If it weren't for the oil changes being free then I wouldn't be returning. I work nights and don't have time to babysit. More

I was previously going to Judy Hyundai. Tulsa Hyundai was a complete change from what I had been dealing with. The staff were professional, kind, and showed me all of the tests as they were performed so I could see exactly what needed work. They also worked quickly and kept me looped in on what was being done. At Purdy Hyundai I didn’t get a single update or piece of info I didn’t fight for. I will absolutely be coming to Tulsa Hyundai from now on. Shoutout to Hannah specifically, she is wonderful! More
