After setting my appointment, telling them I need to work before the appointment and cannot take any calls or texts they continued to call and harass me to confirm my coming in 3 times!!!! Terrible!, then after the harassments I get down test drive a 2021 car, they bring the numbers I ask if they can get me down lower - they say they will check but tell me no, they never offered to show me another car and just let me walk. I went to another dealership after and bought a brand new 2022 car, I guess they make enough money as sales people at Tulsa Hyundai to just let people walk and not even offer other options. I will say on the flip side of things their service department people are very nice and I have never had any issues with the service department. More

My wife took in our Santa Fe Sport and it took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Then they tried to charge her more than the service manager had texted me. We have been using Tulsa Hyundai for th hours for a scheduled oil change. Then they tried to charge her more than the service manager had texted me. We have been using Tulsa Hyundai for the oil changes because we had purchased a package we we bought the car brand new from them. They are now saying the package is no longer and that oil changes will be over $60. My wife was upset after sitting more than 2 hours for an oil change that she had a scheduled time for and then trying to charge more. We will not be returning to Tulsa Hyundai for service or when we trade in this Santa Fe. In fact not sure if we will buy another Hyundai because of our experiences with the service department. It has always taken over an hour to do a scheduled oil change, and we except this since it was part of the package we purchased. More
