I was looking for a very quick in and out process, and Kenny did a great job in doing that and getting all of my questions answered. It took an hour and a half to even get to start filling out the paperwork and going through that process. Thankfully once I finally got to sit down with one of the finance associated, he was quick in doing so. Thank you. More
Satisfied with service. No problems. Some aspects seem needlessly expensive. For example, a quote of $60 just to replace a cabin filter, but for the major stuff, all is good. Parts were over-priced which is typical for dealerships and not surprising. My biggest complaint is lack of communication and slow response time to my messages. I brought my car and my wife's car in for a routine service. I was not alerted when my car was finished, and never got a response back when I reached out to the dealer. This led to issues when I had to service. I was not alerted when my car was finished, and never got a response back when I reached out to the dealer. This led to issues when I had to take my child to school. One of the issues that I brought up regarding my wife's car was also ignored. There's no reason to go to the dealer for any maintenance. Better off going somewhere cheaper who will listen to your concerns. More
