I went to this dealer on the 19th for only a simple oil change. My appointment was at 10:45 and was there untill well after 2:00. An oil change shouldn't take 30 minutes. I missed an important appointment at 1:00 and my heart meds ( had chest pains) and was late picking up my husband. They have no respect for anyone else's time but there's. I wont be buying another car from these incompetent people again and will tell everyone I ever see not too period. I pay for my oil changes through the royal treatment program they sold me and it comes with tire rotation also and the service guy gave me 2 free tire rotations because of the wait. What bull.....
