Rodents nest was left in the air filter box after being told it would be removed. There was time to inspect things that might bring in additional charges but couldnt find 2 minutes to remove the nest after told it would be removed. I came in for warranty service. The service department people were awesome, so friendly and helpful even though I didn’t even have an appointment .
