Really friendly staff! I made an appointment for an oil change for 8:30am and didn't leave the dealership til almost 10am. I was there for an hour and a half for an oil change. I had a great experience working with Eddie Wilson; price worked out and he followed up. Then I was forced to sit and wait for thirty minutes for the financing piece. The financing part was horrible. Financing rate was not what I expected nor what I was told (in fact it was not actually disclosed to me until the very last minute. I was forced to sit through a stupid sales pitch which I very clearly told the guy I did not want. He mis-represented and mis-stated my credit score by over 40 points (lower than what it is in fact). I will NEVER finance a car with these people ever again. Great car, by the way. More
Make sure you check the paper that says "We Owe". They verbally promise you services and when they don't follow through, the paper you signed says they won't help you. Car was trash and they fixed it up just nice enough to test drive and look good enough to trick me into buying it while desperate for a vehicle. I think it was in a flood. The entire under side is totally falling apart, but sales/service said it was just a little body rust and paint. The interior was disgusting so they kept it overnight after I bought it and they did "detail" it for me. Part of the verbal agreement was they would put fluid in, bleed the brake system, and tighten it up. They did not do this and didn't include it on the paperwork, I think because it all leaks out somewhere. The exhaust pipe broke off after 5 days and it is now undriveable. Just bought it a week ago. Don't buy from Tulsa Hyundai. More
