I had to take my car in because of a recall. Tulsa Hyundai completed the replacement service (for free of course) in as quick a time as I could expect. The waiting room was very comfortable and well e Hyundai completed the replacement service (for free of course) in as quick a time as I could expect. The waiting room was very comfortable and well equipped. They also changed my oil, and even though I do have a card for five free oil changes, I didn't even have to present it. When they gave me my bill, the oil change charge had already been subtracted. Great service! More

I was guaranteed a vehicle around $5000 cash. We drove all the way from central Arkansas to be told that there was no cash cars and I would have to choose from other cars and get financing. Have taken my car in for service every 5m miles, without fail for the past 5 years. Never have I had such poor service. It was mass confusion and chaos. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, said they wo fail for the past 5 years. Never have I had such poor service. It was mass confusion and chaos. I was told it would be about 45 minutes, said they would text me. An hour and a half later I went back and stood on the service drive until someone told me it was finished and that I could go pay. No one called or text as promised. Car wash broken, door broken, cashier busy putting oil in popcorn machine. I had to ask her to check me out. The first guy said he had to go to a meeting, I asked for another person they assigned to me, but she had to go to a meeting as well, so they gave me to another person who didn’t seem to know much about what was going on. Seemed like a complete turnover in personnel. For 5 years I had the same person, who had done an excellent job. More
