Greg was great to work with. My car recently had a check engine light, they took it to the back and quickly determined it was a bad spark plug. They were transparent in the pricing and replaced my spark plu engine light, they took it to the back and quickly determined it was a bad spark plug. Have your ducks in a row and it won't be an issue. Myra started the deal online after I inquired and Kenny, the sales guy, was great in getting the numbers right on their sale vehicle and my trade over the started the deal online after I inquired and Kenny, the sales guy, was great in getting the numbers right on their sale vehicle and my trade over the phone as I was 200+ miles away. Once I got there, test drive was fine. The issue came in Finance. I have decent credit and Baker offered a high rate to Finance. There was also pressure to buy an extended warranty despite Kia offering their warranty on a used product. They added estimated tag fees on when I have to register and title the vehicle in another state and that was removed. There was also a misunderstanding about "money down" on the vehicle. The proceeds from the trade was going towards the new car purchase and Baker didn't get that initially. Overall, I spent about 1.5 hours too long in Finance. I did get 2.89%/60months but hit traffic and construction on way home. More
Took my car in for an oil change and they checked the battery and charged me almost 200 dollars with out telling me how much it would be to see if it was bad or not. I called 3 times to ask about it and battery and charged me almost 200 dollars with out telling me how much it would be to see if it was bad or not. I called 3 times to ask about it and they kept telling me a supervisor would call me. Well guess what? Its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything yet.. kept emailing me for a review I was trying to be nice and ignore it. But here is your review your service was AWFUL that day and you guys have done nothing to help the situation. Charging 200 to check a battery is ridiculous when you go other places its FREE. and then to not even tell me how much up front is LOW. More
I was to leave my car for service for an insurance claim. The service rep was in such a hurry he did not seem focused on me and he told me he did not have a loaner car for me to drive. The chip in our windshield still isn’t fixed. So the “certified” car they sold us, isn’t actually certified. Also if you try to call the GM, you will never get to speak with him. I have been coming to Tulsa Hyundai for 8 or 9 years. My service on September 14, 2020 was less than subpar. My previous service advisor (Michael) was always prompt and professional. Upon arriving on service on September 14, 2020 was less than subpar. My previous service advisor (Michael) was always prompt and professional. Upon arriving on Sept 14 at 8:10 AM, I could see 2 new service advisor each just standing at their kiosks. Eventually one approached my vehicle whom I only found out his name based on my service invoice. I did receive the automated text telling me my car had been checked in for service and should I have any questions to please text the number back or call. I did text the number back 11:00 AM and asked if my vehicle was complete. It has now been 24 hours and I have not received a text back. I only knew my car was ready by calling the number later. When I showed back up to pick up my vehicle I honestly could not tell if anything had even been done to it. The vehicle had not been washed (which I have now found out is due to the washer being out of order) however the front of the vehicle was not vacuumed as it has always been. Also the next service sticker had not be applied to my vehicle windshield it still had the current one that I removed. myself. I am aware that these may not seem like big issues to other people, but my husband I have spent a lot of money at Tulsa Hyundai. The service in the past was always amazing. This trip however has me rethinking where we will be spending our money. More

We were on a search for a specific used car. Found one here. We made a cash offer of $750 less than their asking price and they came back with $500 less than listed price, but were told this made the GM q here. We made a cash offer of $750 less than their asking price and they came back with $500 less than listed price, but were told this made the GM quite angry to agree upon. We agreed, contingent upon test test drive of course. We arranged time to arrive on a Saturday evening as we live 2 hours away. We arrived right on time, and drove the car. It drove fine, but was very dirty, not detailed or cleaned and on empty. We needed this vehicle for my husband on Monday and decided to purchase as we are not above cleaning a car. When working up paperwork apparently it offends a dealership that you pay cash not finance, and when my husband asked about the empty gas tank the salesman whispers oh no the GM was already so mad about us getting the car he wouldn't dare add gas to the car. We are aware of the games and the back and forth that they do. We don't play games. The car is fine and now well cleaned. HOWEVER, their customer service is terrible and I would not be a return customer. Apparently handing them a check for thousands of dollars is so offensive to them they do not appreciate a sale.
