My car had a recalled canister. I took it out in June (time consuming for me) and they said it was fine. Then got told in August it needed to be replaced. Took it out again and told it was fine. This used to be the absolute best place for servicing my Genesis. Now not so much. All of the really good service advisors left and I’m not sure that some service costs have increased. However, The young lady who assisted me was fine, in fact she was very good. Before I brought my car in I had washed and towel dried it. After the oil change, fuel additive and alignment We’re completed I noticed there there hand prints and smudges on the doors plus the additive had run down the side of the car under the gas cap. It’s the little things. Still I will return and give the new crew a chance. Scott Monroe had done such a good job over the last 5 years I hated to lose him. But like I said I will come back for other lighter services. More
