We thought it was great untill we got into the palisade and all paper work done. We wanted captains chairs in second row and tow package we did not get those. Then when we took our trade on back up there w and all paper work done. We wanted captains chairs in second row and tow package we did not get those. Reset Adaptive Values My new Santa Fe is sluggish and then surges in first gear. They inspected and ran diagnostics and did a test drive. Failure to Deliver on Contract for purchase of Santa Fe. I negotiated the price of a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe with a sales rep at Tulsa Hyundai (named Hailey) on Jan. 25th, 2020. We reached a final price, and I negotiated the price of a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe with a sales rep at Tulsa Hyundai (named Hailey) on Jan. 25th, 2020. We reached a final price, and I signed paperwork. Dealership made a copy of my Military ID card, and asked if I could try and find my DD-214, I said I would try, but could not promise, as I have 30+ boxes of paperwork in my garage to go through. On Jan. 27th I picked up car, gave dealership my cashier's check or the full price $28.431, and drove the car off the site. A couple days later I noticed there was no trailer hitch, which was part of the negotiated deal I had made with the sale rep. She texted me "when you're ready to have it put in, let us know and we will put it in! We wanted to do it when it was good timing for you. Since you will drive a loaner for a couple days while your new car is being worked on", text message dated Jan. 28th, 2020. We corresponded, and settled on Feb. 14th, for me to bring the car in and have the trailer hitch installed, however, when I got to the dealership, the GM and others within the management team, said they needed the DD-214, and were not going to install the trailer hitch until they got the form. I became very disturbed and agitated, as I had previously told them I would look for the form, but made no promises that I could find it, nor did I sign anything that was a contingency on the sale. To say the least, this has been the WORST car buying experience in my 37 years of buying vehicles. I am 58 years old, a 5 year military veteran, I have been working full time since 1985, and have never been treated with such disrespect and contempt by a group of people. The GM in particular was aggressive, rude, disrespectful, demanding, and I would never do business with this dealership again. I hope someone who reads this will help make this situation right, as I have already filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and will take this to court if necessary. I have text messages to present as evidence between myself and the sales rep, and I feel very violated and taken advantage of by the leadership team at Tulsa Hyundai. More
