I would not accept a higher rate than what I already have, and the financing associate pushing it so strenuously made me realize I was about to make a mistake. Google reviews after I left confirmed I made the right choice. I went elsewhere and found a better deal on an Elantra with a better color and the same features, and a bonus extended warranty for the same final price. They also did not fight me on my loan, which earned my business. More

Fast, courteous service! I took my Santa Fe Sport in for scheduled maintenance. I was told to allow 3 - 4 hours when I made the appointment. I was in and out within 90 min I took my Santa Fe Sport in for scheduled maintenance. I was told to allow 3 - 4 hours when I made the appointment. I was in and out within 90 minutes! I'm always able to take work to fill the wait time because of the customer waiting room and wifi, but a short appointment is always better! More
Great car buying experience. Our salesman Boyd listened to our request and then started looking at the car inventory until he found a couple of cars that met our request. The service was fast and people were friendly. I didn’t however like that when I bought the Tucson I was sold a 6 oil change package that I was assured was the “Engines for Life” deal but when I showed up however like that when I bought the Tucson I was sold a 6 oil change package that I was assured was the “Engines for Life” deal but when I showed up for my first oil changed I was told that was not the deal and the “Engines for Life” additive would cost extra. Felt I’d been lied to when I was sold the oil change package. Very disappointing. More

I came in for an oil change and to have them inspect my car because it was still making a weird noise. The tech guy Paul said I was lucky to be alive because my car is about to blow and the engine is shot. car because it was still making a weird noise. I was stunned and started to panic because he said it would cost $10,000 and my warranty just expired. Paul said he would let me know by the end of the day if they could extend my car warranty. Three days go by and I still can’t get a hold of Paul to see what’s going on. On the fourth day i finally reach him and he tells me they will only cover $5,000 to replace the engine. With no car, my child had to drop her schooling and I go buy another car because I have to have a vehicle to drive to function. A week later I take my car for a second opinion with a full diagnostic from a local mechanic. Turns out my car is perfect and someone switched two wires to cause a misfire! I’m beyond furious and I’m going to channel 6 news with how Hyundai tried to scam me out of $5,000! More
