Best car sales experience I have had I came to Tulsa Hyundai a little apprehensive as a friend didn't have the best experience. I went because they had several vehicles I was interested i I came to Tulsa Hyundai a little apprehensive as a friend didn't have the best experience. I went because they had several vehicles I was interested in. After arriving at the dealership to find no available customer parking I started to think my experience would be the same as my friends. However, John Jin came up to my car after having to circle around the lot three times to help me with the parking situation. After talking with him I realized the dealership received several vehicles just an hour prior so things were a bit snug. John took the initiative that no one else in the dealership did to help the customer. My experience only got better as I learned what an asset John is to that company. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and really did his homework to be able to answer all of our questions. From beginning to end John did the work and was truly a joy to shop with. I had been to several dealerships (even as close as next door) looking for the right vehicle at the right price, and John was able to provide an experience and product that I could not refuse.
