I came in for an oil change and to have them inspect my car because it was still making a weird noise. I was stunned and started to panic because he said it would cost $10,000 and my warranty just expired. Paul said he would let me know by the end of the day if they could extend my car warranty. Three days go by and I still can’t get a hold of Paul to see what’s going on. On the fourth day i finally reach him and he tells me they will only cover $5,000 to replace the engine. With no car, my child had to drop her schooling and I go buy another car because I have to have a vehicle to drive to function. A week later I take my car for a second opinion with a full diagnostic from a local mechanic. Turns out my car is perfect and someone switched two wires to cause a misfire! I’m beyond furious and I’m going to channel 6 news with how Hyundai tried to scam me out of $5,000! More
I have had some pretty lengthy wait times in the past for service even with an appointment like up to 3 plus hours for regular oil change . I addressed this with manager. Best car sales experience I have had I came to Tulsa Hyundai a little apprehensive as a friend didn't have the best experience. I went because they had several vehicles I was interested i I came to Tulsa Hyundai a little apprehensive as a friend didn't have the best experience. I went because they had several vehicles I was interested in. After arriving at the dealership to find no available customer parking I started to think my experience would be the same as my friends. However, John Jin came up to my car after having to circle around the lot three times to help me with the parking situation. After talking with him I realized the dealership received several vehicles just an hour prior so things were a bit snug. John took the initiative that no one else in the dealership did to help the customer. My experience only got better as I learned what an asset John is to that company. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and really did his homework to be able to answer all of our questions. From beginning to end John did the work and was truly a joy to shop with. I had been to several dealerships (even as close as next door) looking for the right vehicle at the right price, and John was able to provide an experience and product that I could not refuse.
