Excellent Dealer Steve Wolfe is an excellent sales associate and is the sole reason I purchased the vehicle from your dealership even though I live in Edmond. He was Steve Wolfe is an excellent sales associate and is the sole reason I purchased the vehicle from your dealership even though I live in Edmond. He was honest and a pleasure to deal with on the vehicle. However, I am very frustrated with the dealer add-ons that you try to pass along to the customer for over $1,700. I am a very experienced car purchaser and I believe this type of thing is a scam by the dealer. No customer wants these additional items and the dealer doesn't advertise these additional items as an option to the customer. That's because you know this is simply a way to add some extra hidden profit items to the vehicle. This type of thing probably has a 70% profit margin for the dealership and is not discoverable with online research like the invoice cost, the dealer holdback, etc. Please stop insulting the customers with dealer add-ons.
