Do NOT buy here, not even a valve stem! On September 11, 2019 while searching for a used, small SUV, I found a 2013 white Kia Sportage for sale at Tulsa Hyundai at 9777 S. Memorial Dr. Tulsa On September 11, 2019 while searching for a used, small SUV, I found a 2013 white Kia Sportage for sale at Tulsa Hyundai at 9777 S. Memorial Dr. Tulsa, OK 74133. At the time of my test-drive I noticed the vehicles radio showed no signs of having power, no lights on the radio screen, no sound coming from the speakers, etc. While I don’t need some high dollar car stereo system, I didn’t want to buy something without any functioning radio of any kind but because I really liked the SUV itself, the sales person and his “manager” both told me if I bought the vehicle, they would see to it that the stereo was repaired at their expense; something as a 21 year old college sophomore buying my first car, admittedly I didn’t think to get in writing. Since that time, I have called Tulsa Hyundai no less than 6 times in an attempt to have them honor their word but thus far none of my calls have been returned. Their lack of response lead me to file a BBB complaint on September 26, 2019. After heard no response. On October 2, 2019. I called the BBB and they said I should expect a response soon. In fact on October 4, 2019 Tulsa Hyundai did reply but only to say they were in the process of gathering information and promising to respond more fully the following week. Finally on October 25, 2019 Tulsa Hyundai did in fact reply denying any such conversation where they agreed to repair the radio but referring to their “as-is” clause as a way out of following through with their promises. An “as is” clause is included to protect against those HIDDEN issues that may bubble up later, this was a KNOWN issue and now Tulsa Hyundai is refusing to stand behind their word and expecting a 21 year old college female to foot the bill because of their unwillingness to act ethically and with integrity. Since buying the car, I have discovered some nearly $900 in HIDDEN suspension and brake issues but because those were not known at the time of the sale, I am certain the “as is “clause applies but it absolutely does not apply for the cars KNOWN non-functioning radio! More

Good oil change The service center did a great job with the oil change, but the “extras” left a little something to be desired. I have the “royal treatment” package which really just means a basic oil change with complimentary car wash. The floors didn’t get vacuumed and the car looked like it had been sprayed with a hose, not properly washed. I was really disappointed. More
