I’d buy there again! This is only my third car in my life. I really do not like most dealerships due to the amount of time it takes to buy a vehicle. Our salesman Steve, was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question I had without getting irritated or flustered. If he didn’t know something, he figured it out so I left completely understanding the features of the vehicle! As in most dealerships, the finance department needs to be more efficient. When a customer gives you a desired monthly payment, they should come back the first time as close to that number as possible. Obviously, buyers understand the dealerships want to make some money but you’d sell more if you’d deal directly with the buyers. Overall, I’d buy there again as the staff does connect with customers on a personal level. More

He advocated for me to the insurance adjuster, and thoroughly answered all of the questions I had regarding my unique warranty v. roadside situation. Although there was no warranty coverage in the ultimate outcome, he still went through his explanation and demonstrated to me the facts and was professional and empathetic in our interaction. More
