They took care of all my needs. Reliable, quick, and very good communication skills. I've bought multiple vehicles from here. Just wish I could get a 2020 Sonata Hybrid. good communication skills. I've bought multiple vehicles from here. Just wish I could get a 2020 Sonata Hybrid. More

I called, was placed on hold for 15 minuts at which time i hung up and called back. They had my car you see and i needed a ride to pick it up. I called back, placed on hold for 15 minutes at which time i hung up. This was repeated 3 times before i actually got to request a ride. I was picked up by a very personable & pleasant young man. He was definitely the best part of my Hyundai experence that day! The service department had kept my car overnight after removing a tiny deceased baby bunny from my air vent and using BG cleaning and deodorizing treatment. I had requested them leave the "death area" open in order to apply Zero Oder to be sure of optimal freshening of the AC and surroundings. I was told 30minutes wait time. We were there for 3 hours and only got out then because i finally became so upset i spoke with a manager. I would not have minded if i had been told in the beginning the wait might be hours because i could have left and done other things, via family or uber. I was then told i would get a discount, but it was a negligible amount (only 5 dollars off the original quote amount) and papers from my glove compartment were left scattered on my floor in front passenger area. I ended up opening the glove compartment myself and accessing to cabin filter myself and sprayed down this area with Zero Odor. Only then did the smell actually decrease. This escapade cost me $470 and over 3 hours of my and my grandson's time, It was a VERY unpleasant experience. These problems could have been easily solved with communication and please do not pretend to be doing me a favor of a discount and give me 5 dollars off of a 470 dollar bill and leave me a messy car, not even bothering to put my papers or tire wrench back where they came from. Stacy had worked with me when i dropped off the car but she was in OKC training, when i picked the car up. More
Greg was great to work with. My car recently had a check engine light, they took it to the back and quickly determined it was a bad spark plug. They were transparent in the pricing and replaced my spark plu engine light, they took it to the back and quickly determined it was a bad spark plug. I have been struggling to get my brake issue fixed from last 2 months. Have spoken to several people at this dealership however the problem continues to exist and never got fixed. The last I spoke to was J last 2 months. Have spoken to several people at this dealership however the problem continues to exist and never got fixed. The last I spoke to was Joe and he assured that he will make sure the issue is addressed and assigned Megan to handle the problem. After keeping my car for a week, when I went back to pickup my car, the problem I had, stayed as it is and infact the brake noise went worst. Since then I have been constantly following up with the dealership folks (Megan and Joe) to get their attention and fix the issue, once and for all. It is very frustrating and disappointing that it has taken ridiculously long (yet outstanding) to fix the brake issue in my car. On numerous occasions, I was promised a call back from Joe and yet, I am waiting for that call (its been 2 weeks). I have been trying to call Joe every alternate and left several voicemail and yet haven't received any call back till date. At last, drove to the dealership in a hope to get this fixed and yet came back empty handed since Joe was busy in a meeting. This has been a pretty disappointing experience and I will continue to follow-up with Joe or escalate this issue further, with a hope to get this problem fixed!!! More
Took my car in for an oil change and they checked the battery and charged me almost 200 dollars with out telling me how much it would be to see if it was bad or not. I called 3 times to ask about it and battery and charged me almost 200 dollars with out telling me how much it would be to see if it was bad or not. I called 3 times to ask about it and they kept telling me a supervisor would call me. Well guess what? Its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything yet.. kept emailing me for a review I was trying to be nice and ignore it. But here is your review your service was AWFUL that day and you guys have done nothing to help the situation. Charging 200 to check a battery is ridiculous when you go other places its FREE. and then to not even tell me how much up front is LOW. More
I was to leave my car for service for an insurance claim. The service rep was in such a hurry he did not seem focused on me and he told me he did not have a loaner car for me to drive. The chip in our windshield still isn’t fixed. So the “certified” car they sold us, isn’t actually certified. Also if you try to call the GM, you will never get to speak with him.
