Polite, on top of my needed service. I made my decision to go ahead with the full service instead of just the oil change and tire rotation that I had scheduled. They returned my car in a timely manner. I also asked for them to check the back hatch door because it was leaking air since it had been repaired. It is nice and tight now thanks to the good service you provided. More
