I have been coming to Tulsa Hyundai for 8 or 9 years. My service on September 14, 2020 was less than subpar. My previous service advisor (Michael) was always prompt and professional. Upon arriving on service on September 14, 2020 was less than subpar. My previous service advisor (Michael) was always prompt and professional. Upon arriving on Sept 14 at 8:10 AM, I could see 2 new service advisor each just standing at their kiosks. Eventually one approached my vehicle whom I only found out his name based on my service invoice. I did receive the automated text telling me my car had been checked in for service and should I have any questions to please text the number back or call. I did text the number back 11:00 AM and asked if my vehicle was complete. It has now been 24 hours and I have not received a text back. I only knew my car was ready by calling the number later. When I showed back up to pick up my vehicle I honestly could not tell if anything had even been done to it. The vehicle had not been washed (which I have now found out is due to the washer being out of order) however the front of the vehicle was not vacuumed as it has always been. Also the next service sticker had not be applied to my vehicle windshield it still had the current one that I removed. myself. I am aware that these may not seem like big issues to other people, but my husband I have spent a lot of money at Tulsa Hyundai. The service in the past was always amazing. This trip however has me rethinking where we will be spending our money. More

The staff was super friendly but they did not fix my sunroof. I waited for 3 hours and the replacement part did not work. I've been in multiple times to repair my sunroof and they never can fix it. My car had a recalled canister. I took it out in June (time consuming for me) and they said it was fine. Then got told in August it needed to be replaced. Took it out again and told it was fine. This used to be the absolute best place for servicing my Genesis. Now not so much. All of the really good service advisors left and I’m not sure that some service costs have increased. However, The young lady who assisted me was fine, in fact she was very good. Before I brought my car in I had washed and towel dried it. After the oil change, fuel additive and alignment We’re completed I noticed there there hand prints and smudges on the doors plus the additive had run down the side of the car under the gas cap. It’s the little things. Still I will return and give the new crew a chance. Scott Monroe had done such a good job over the last 5 years I hated to lose him. But like I said I will come back for other lighter services. More
