Everytime I go here, everyone is very nice! The only reason I gave an O.K. for price is B/C inqured about getting the Oil Change Package before my appointment but upon check-out I didnt get charged for reason I gave an O.K. for price is B/C inqured about getting the Oil Change Package before my appointment but upon check-out I didnt get charged for it or asked if I was still interested in recieveing it. I had three children with me so my mind was quite busy that day. I suppose I felt like I should have been asked if I still wanted the package. When I had time to sit down to review my charges, I called back to inquire about why I didnt recieve the package and Stephanie said it was because I didnt confirm that I wanted it. Shouldnt the bill be reviewed with the customer before they leave? Thanks! More

I could not have asked for a better sales rep. Jessie is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. She is also quite patient-I was at the dealership over 5 hours going over my list of "must-haves" for very knowledgeable and has a great personality.
