Jackie and Bill are always kind, courteous and accurate in their diagnoses of problems with my car. The mechanics working behind the scenes are top quality. The 2011 Jeep Grand Chorokee that I purchased today is the third Jeep that I have purchased from Tunkhannock Auto Mart through Eddie Swartztrauber. I have also purchased other Jeeps, a Pacifica and an Asp the third Jeep that I have purchased from Tunkhannock Auto Mart through Eddie Swartztrauber. I have also purchased other Jeeps, a Pacifica and an Aspen at this dealership. My experiences have always been positive both in sales and service. Eddie is an excellent sales person. Honest, personable, reliable, always returns calls promptly, keeps his word....I feel he always puts my needs ahead of his desire to make a sale. That is not a quality that is commonly found in his profession which is why I don't shop around when I need a new vehicle. I just call Eddie. The service department is equally reliable. Although I have not needed their services often (the products are so reliable) they have always been on time for my appointmaents, taken the amount of time to service my car as was estimated and all problems were corrected on the first try. We have been purchasing our vehicles at Tunkhannock Auto for the past 10 plus years and we have no reason to look elsewhere for sales and service. My wife will be replacing her Aspen in the near future and all we will do is call Eddie and we know we will be satisfied. More
