He travels to automobile auctions in Florida and other southeastern states to bring back low mileage cars that were part of rental pools for vacationers, he says. "The cars down there seem to be more gently used by people on vacation than by busy road warriors who go from place to place at break-neck speed to get their jobs done. And new cars put into rental service down south seem to suffer less damage because of their better weather and road conditions down there versus the snowbound northeast. The windows and bodies don't suffer damage from flying road cinders, the tires aren't beaten up by pot-holes, and the under carriages are not damaged by chemicals spread onto icy roads."
Our EXCLUSIVE automobile consultant, who has been in the business since 1987, targets vehicles that have only been in service for six to 12 months and have been treated well as evidenced by their maintenance and service records. Our consultant physically goes to each auction site because he says you can't tell from a video or picture if there is body or interior damage. He also looks very carefully at the AutoCheck and CarFax history reports to evaluate the past ownership. Easy and honest!! I walked in and told Eddie exactly what I wanted and what I could afford and that is what he delivered. Eddie is a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I stopped by to look at a Wrangler. Even though the weather was miserable, Eddie went above and beyond to show us the vehicle. Eddie was very knowledgeable about the vehicle answering all questions that we had. He was very courteous. We did not feel any intimidation or pressure. All in all it was a wonderful experience dealing with Eddie Swartztrauber. I had a minor issue with the jeep after getting it home. I called Eddie and he explained everything I needed to do to get the issue addressed and followed up to make sure it was being taken care of. It made me feel that I was a valued customer. The people in the Service Department were very courteous and professional. More

Excellent service. Went in just looking for a new truck. My lease was up in 6 months and it was time to start looking. Stopped by just to look. Took a few trucks on a test drive. Ended up getting the deal I wanted. Left that day with the truck of my dreams for the price I wanted.
