It took 3 weeks to get a appointment for a tire balance/ rotation and longer if I wanted a diagnosis. I was quoted a $185 to diagnose a squeak not to include any repairs if needed. Had the worst experience with the service department. First off took my truck in because it was misfiring. I left it there and when I did the service manager told me that there were a few recalls on some First off took my truck in because it was misfiring. I left town on vacation for a week and I got a call 5 days later from the manager telling me it was fixed and that the recalled parts fixed the problem. When I got back in town I picked it up and drove down the ride and the check engine light came on and was still misfiring. I drove it straight back and told the manager. He asked me if I brought it in for the recall parts I told him no I brought it in for a misfire, the problem that I had explained to him to begin with. So he asked me to leave it there again so I did. I get a call from him 3 days later after I tried calling him everyday to follow up. He tells me I had a misfire in #5 cylinder, he tells me it will need a new cam and lifters. I asked him how much it would be out the door total cost, he quoted me 4,769. Another 2 weeks later I get a call saying my truck was done, I showed up to pick it up they were still working on it so I waited an 1 1/2 hours and finally it was done. The cashier went to ring me up and she said the total was 5,347. I asked the manager why did he quote me out the door cost and to only charge me more. He gave me a xxxxxxxx excuse. I will never recommend them to anyone, and will never use them again. Manager is not very professional at his so called job title. More

Enjoy good service while awaited for the vehicle a minimum amount of time. The service rep was courteous attentive it's attentive and responsive responsive to questions. While the mechanical aspect of my experience at Turlock Dodge was acceptable, the customer service was lacking. This time I was told that service was no longer available due to Covid. So instead, I sat for two hours in a room with several strangers. Hopefully, they didn’t have Covid! When my truck was done, I was told it couldn’t be washed-again because of Covid? The excuse of Covid for these services to be denied is unacceptable! It is more like laziness and a decline in customer service. When I take my Lincoln for service, someone drives me home, or wherever I need to go, in my vehicle and my car is washed when I pick it up. No Covid excuses at Lincoln dealership, just great customer service! In addition to all this, I had to pull over on the freeway to properly close my truck hood! I doubt I will be returning to Turlock Dodge any time soon. More
