Confused…My husband had service there Friday with an appointment and most of the service was completed except for the transmission fluid change. Today was no exception…Alyssa cheerfully greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, confirmed the scheduled service (State Inspection and Emissions), had me sign the paperwork, said she would get them started on it right away, and invited to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. About an hour later, Alyssa came out to tell me my vehicle was ready, and after paying I was on my way! I was also appreciative of the courtesy car wash because I had planned to wash it this weekend, and it saved me the time of doing so. More
