I was satisfied with experience except for how a car is reserved when serious interest was shown and car was sold to another customer, however , after some serious communication, another similar vehicle wa reserved when serious interest was shown and car was sold to another customer, however , after some serious communication, another similar vehicle was found and same discounts offered. 👍 More

Thomas at Turner Chevrolet was over a half hour late for our meeting that he set. Then didn’t have the car ready, it was dirty and he wasn’t prepared to answer any questions. We went back and forth for a fe our meeting that he set. Then didn’t have the car ready, it was dirty and he wasn’t prepared to answer any questions. We went back and forth for a few days discussing price, he pretended to fight for us. They never once lowered the price by even 1$. We test drove the car, but the dealership is located in a sketchy part of Harrisburg. The next day we came back to buy the car and it was missing a hubcap. They never once lowered the price even with a missing hubcap. The car is the only reason I came back, I wish I didn’t have to give my money to Thomas or this dealership. They consumed hours of our time- it took us from 8:30am to 1:30 before we finally drove off the lot. Overall, I felt a lack of consideration and preparation for their customers. This is simply my honest review. More
