I purchased a car from them 2 years ago. Purchase experience went fine. Fast forward to this year. I traded in their car and contact them about my GAP refund. Over a month later and neither the finan experience went fine. Fast forward to this year. I traded in their car and contact them about my GAP refund. Over a month later and neither the finance or sales manager have returned my repeated calls or emails. You would think the refund was coming directly out of their pockets! Now I'm going to have to drive nearly 3 hours to address this in person. Avoid this dealership. They treat you fine until after the purchase when you don't matter to them. More

DO NOT go to this dealership for Service. Had my vehicle towed in last week as CEL was flashing. Said they could look at it, but hadn't two days later. Explained this is my only car- no loaners available towed in last week as CEL was flashing. Said they could look at it, but hadn't two days later. I called again late on Day 2, and Kyle honestly shared they had 9 vehicles backed up for diagnostics- 2 they've had since the last week in February. Would have never had vehicle towed there if Matt or Mark had communicated the backlog from the beginning. Had the vehicle towed at my expense to Fred Bean Kia on Day 3. They looked at it and all it needed was a computer upgrade. If vehicle was at Turner Kia, I would still be without a vehicle and waiting for service. Apparently, this is how they treat loyal 8 yr customers. I won't be back and will not recommend them to anyone. More
