My experience with Preston was great from start to finish. The 1st time I came into the dealership, I had my kids and husband with me but Preston made sure to get all of us chairs right away and made finish. Preston followed up with me regarding coming back in which usually would annoy me but the way he went about it was not pushy at all (more so convincing). He was very professional, accommodating and informative. I had been studying the new wranglers for months before coming in (and this wasnt my 1st wrangler) but Preston still shared information about the wrangler that I hadnt known. I would hands down recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car or jeep. And I will definitely return to him when its time for my lease to end. More

Rachel was very personable and not pushy when it came to the regular maintenance schedule. She suggested one thing I should get done but didn’t push for it. Had a recall on my 2017 Jeep Renegade. They fixed it quickly within a half hour. The staff was very courteous and attentive in the service department. I did not speak with any sales people.
