NEVER GO HERE! THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD CLOSE DOWN FOR GOOD! THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF! I WISH I HAD GONE ELSEWHERE, ESPECIALLY AFTER READING THESE REVIEWS. BOUGHT A 2017 JEEP IN JUNE OF 2020. 7 MONTHS LATER THE TRASMISSION LIGHT COMES ON AND THE JEEP IS DRIVING KINDA CRAZY. THE JEEP JERKS FORWARD OR BACKWARDS HARD WHEN SHIFTING GEARS. HAD TO TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC AND WAITING TO HEAR BACK. THANK GOD I WASNT ON THE ROAD. I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH MY PREVIOUS VEHICLE TO WHICH I TRADED IN.. SALES AGENT JACK IS THE SINGLE WORST SALES AGENT I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. FROM BEGINNING TO END THE BUYING PROCESS WAS A NIGHTMARE. HE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE ON ANYTHING, DIDNT PROVIDE ACCURATE INFO OR PERTINANT INFO ABOUT MY PURCHASE. DIDNT KNOW ABOUT GAP INS OR THAT THE VEHICLE CAME WITH IT, DIDNT DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN TAKE MY MONEY. ALL THIS FROM A TOP DEALERSHIP ?? SO MUCH FOR THEIR SO CALLED 128 POINT INSPECTION. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE FOR A $50,000 JEEP TO WHICH THEY DID NOT HONOR THE INTERNET PRICE ON AND TO WHICH I DROPPED 5K ON!!!! I WILL UPDATE THIS POST WHEN I HEAR BACK FROM SERVICE CENTER. More

Took my truck in to be looked at under Warrenty for an issue with certain lights coming on. When i got there the typical happened and it didn’t happen for the service department. They kept trying for me a issue with certain lights coming on. When i got there the typical happened and it didn’t happen for the service department. They kept trying for me and never treated me like i was nuts. I had to rent a car while it was there and having 6 kids in this Covid stress is not cheap. Turnersville came through helping out and telling me to also not turn my truck off but bring it back right away no appointment if it happens again. They really took care of me like they always do! There will always be some back and forth with the process of buying a new car but these guys made it a pretty smooth experience and were quick to address and correct any issue that may have popped up. Dakota Fox was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional and more importantly compassionate. His attitude towards the entire process was nothing less than stellar.
