I had 4 free oil changes on my 2018 jeep , but I was told they were expired , I don't drive that jeep to often , so I don't need an oil change on it , so they then told me for $100 , I would get 3 oil change they were expired , I don't drive that jeep to often , so I don't need an oil change on it , so they then told me for $100 , I would get 3 oil changes and 1 tire rotation , I have 2 jeeps , 1 I use all the time and other 1 I use very little , How do free oil changes expire?? I'm upset with this !! More

The people working the service office were friendly and accommodating. They gave a realistic timeframe for my vehicle to be done. Very pleased. However, leasing my car from this location, you would think accommodating. They gave a realistic timeframe for my vehicle to be done. Very pleased. However, leasing my car from this location, you would think scheduled maintenance would be either free or discounted. Multiple family members have leases at different dealerships and do not pay for standard maintenance during the life of their lease. I paid $116 for oil, additive and tire rotation on a 4 cylinder engine. Seems a bit much considering its the 2nd vehicle I've had from this dealership More

My service person was Rachael and she was horrible very disrespectful no customer service at all like I didn’t even matter. From the time I brought my truck in is wasn’t about how can we help you it was ab disrespectful no customer service at all like I didn’t even matter. From the time I brought my truck in is wasn’t about how can we help you it was about get in get out do a crappy job and f*** the customer. They broke things on my truck that had the nerve to come back and give me a estimate of $900 I had to call corporate and take it to another dealership to fix the mess they made I would highly recommend not going to this dealership for anything. Mark Ciallella was my salesman and he went out of his way to sell me a vehicle. I went to other dealerships and asked for a certain model and when they could not come up with a price they just push me to the to sell me a vehicle.
